SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 2 days of the date the order is placed. (EXCLUDES WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS)

You will receive your order anywhere from 3-10 business days from the date that the order is shipped out. (NOT THE DATE THE ORDER IS PLACED).

PLEASE NOTE

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday. 

SIMPLY SO + CO. is not responsible for any shipping delays once the item has been shipped.Tracking information will be sent after your item ships. 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date. Returns are only eligible if the product is untouched, unused, and in original packaging. If there is something wrong with your order or you received something damaged, you can email us at simplysoandco@gmail.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue. Return shipping fee is covered by the customer.
